Do our guests need to install an app?
No. The QR code opens the guest page directly in the browser, and no guest account is required.
Can older guests take part easily?
Yes. Large, labelled actions lead directly to a photo, video or voice message. The flow is intentionally short.
Who can see the contributions?
The album is private. Hosts decide whether guests may view the shared gallery.
What happens with poor reception?
Selected contributions remain in a local queue and are retried when the connection returns.
Do we receive all memories?
Yes. Photos, videos and voices belong to the hosts and can be exported together in a high-quality optimised format.
Where is the data stored?
European infrastructure is planned for production. Before launch, we will publish the region, retention periods and privacy details as binding information.
